Terms of Use

Scope and Applicability

These terms apply to all users of RoPlatinum services, including but not limited to the RoPlatinum browser extension, the RoPlatinum API, and any associated features or services. Unless otherwise specified, references to "services," "features," or "benefits" within these terms encompass the entirety of the RoPlatinum ecosystem. Violations of these terms may result in the suspension or permanent revocation of your access to any or all RoPlatinum services, regardless of whether you are an API developer, extension user, or donator.

General Policies and Enforcement

The following policies apply to all users of RoPlatinum services, regardless of their relationship with RoPlatinum (API developer, extension user, donator, etc.):

Compliance with Roblox Terms of Service

By using RoPlatinum services, you agree to abide by the Roblox Terms of Service. Any violation of the Roblox ToS while using RoPlatinum services may result in the suspension or permanent revocation of your access to RoPlatinum services, in addition to any actions taken by Roblox.

Zero-Tolerance Content Policy

You are strictly prohibited from submitting, attempting to display, or storing any content through RoPlatinum services (such as profiles, tags, settings, or any user-generated fields) that includes racial slurs, hate speech, sexually explicit or suggestive material, impersonation of staff, malicious links, or any other content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Right to Revoke Access

We reserve the right to revoke your access to any or all RoPlatinum services (including API keys, extension features, donator perks, badges, tier access, and any other benefits) at any time for violations of these terms, API abuse, or any other conduct we deem harmful to the RoPlatinum community or services. This revocation may occur with or without prior notice.

• Notification: We may not notify you immediately when access has been revoked. However, we will make a good-faith effort to inform you of the action taken and the reason behind it.
• Appeals: We will attempt to provide a formal appeal process for users who believe their access was revoked in error. Please note that the final decision rests solely with the RoPlatinum administration.
• Finality of Revocation: If your access is revoked and an appeal is denied (or not sought), you forfeit the right to the benefits provided by the revoked services. No compensation, replacement, or refund will be provided.

Donator Perks

RoPlatinum offers optional "Donator Tiers" or "Perks" purchased via Roblox Gamepasses. These perks provide social, cosmetic, or extension-based benefits within the RoPlatinum ecosystem.

• Scope of Perks: For the purposes of these terms, any reference to "Donator Perks," "Tiers," or "Benefits" refers to the entirety of the features, functional modifications, and benefits provided by the donation. Clauses within these terms apply to all such features collectively, even if a specific benefit is not explicitly enumerated in a particular section.
• Independence from API Terms: The purchase of a Donator Perk is entirely independent of the RoPlatinum API. Buying a gamepass does not grant special API privileges or immunity. Your status as a developer and your status as a donator are separate; violating API terms will lead to API revocation regardless of your donator status.
• Agreement to Roblox ToS: By purchasing a RoPlatinum Gamepass, you agree to abide by the Roblox Terms of Service. All transactions are handled by Roblox; you acknowledge and agree to Roblox's No-Refund Policy regarding virtual items and Gamepasses.
• Right to Modify and Discontinue: We reserve the right to modify, restructure, or remove any donator perk or tier at any time without prior notice. This includes the possibility of making previously exclusive perks available to all users for free.
• Service Sustainability and Shutdown: RoPlatinum is a passion project and does not guarantee the indefinite availability of donator-exclusive features. In the event of a project shutdown, lack of funding, or technical necessity, all perks may be permanently deactivated. No compensation, refunds, or replacements will be provided in these instances.
• No Service Agreement: Donator perks are provided "as-is." Purchasing a perk does not constitute a service-level agreement or a contract for continued maintenance. Perks are social and cosmetic licenses that exist solely within the current functional iteration of the extension.
• Enforcement: Violations of the General Policies and Enforcement policies outlined in these terms may result in the revocation of your donator perks, in addition to any other actions taken against your access to RoPlatinum services.

API Introduction

Welcome, developer! The RoPlatinum API is a non-profit passion project created to enhance the Roblox experience, primarily through our RoPlatinum Chrome extension.

These terms ensure a fair and sustainable environment for all users. By accessing or using our API, you agree to be bound by them.

Limitation of Liability

RoPlatinum is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of our services. You use RoPlatinum at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of RoPlatinum services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
